Twice baked potatoes

Ingredients:

3 hot baked potatoes split lengthwise

½ cup sour cream

2 T butter or margarine

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Scoop out insides of potatoes. Mash potatoes with sour cream and butter. Stir in cheese. Spoon into shells.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes until hot. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 2 minutes until cheese melts.
