This is my mom's famous chicken noodle soup recipe. It always turns out great and it's especially nice in the cold winter!!!
Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cubes chicken bullion
carrots
celery
peas (any other vegetables desired)
Directions:
Put chicken in water and onion and bullion.
Make noodles while chicken cooks. (1 egg, ½ shell milk, 1 c. flour) usually x 2
Fish out chicken, let noodles cook.
Put chicken and vegetables back in. Cook until heated through.
Serve with biscuits or over mashed potatoes!!!
